The aerodynamics testing laboratory occupies an area of 450 m2 and is the nerve centre for all SODECA product development. The reliability of results from these modern installations means a strict control over both final products and their manufacturing procedures.

The balancing centre is essential for any fan manufacturer. It consists of several machines equipped with programmable, high-precision controls.

The characteristic curve and airflow/pressure ratio of our fans take place in the fluid machining laboratory in accordance with the Ansi/Amca standard 210-85 and equivalent Aenor PNE 100-212-88 R standard.

Other tests, both electric and mechanical (protection systems, mechanical strength, durability tests, etc) are part of the everyday work in these facilities.

Built-in reverberation chamberin our laboratory. In this facility the sound parameters for the fans are established and improvements based on reducing sound levels are made. The entire facility is designed to fulfil standards ISO 3742 and 3745.
